LAUGHTER IN ROSS-ON-WYE
Funhouse Comedy Club returns to The Corn Exchange, Ross-on-Wye on Friday November 21st for another great night of laughter.
Topping the bill is the effortlessly engaging Andrew Bird, who has appeared on TV on The Russell Howard Hour, was the support act on Michael McIntyre's recent arena tour and has also supported Rhod Gilbert and Lee Hurst on tour, as well as performing internationally. Watching The Young Ones with his brothers as an eight year old, at two in the morning on Comic Relief, he realized then that he wanted to be funny in some way. With his personal appeal and superbly crafted, funny anecdotes, he captivates his audiences.
Opening the night will be British Comedian of the Year Finalist, the very likeable, down to earth and madcap Lindsey Santoro, who appears on the new series of ‘Live at The Apollo’ and supported Joe Lycett last year; recounting tales of her misadventures in life, in her unique side-splitting style. She never fails to leave the crowd in tears of laughter.
Completing the line-up is semi‑finalist in the 2025 British Comedian of the Year awards Kent Cameron a rising talent on the UK comedy circuit, filling the stage like a gentle giant with his self‑deprecative style.
Compere for the night will be the appealing Carl Jones, who has a natural ability of telling humorous stories, which draw in the entire crowd.
